Improved Icerail is a Close Range Weapon in Horizon Zero Dawn. Improved Icerail has 70 handling and can use Icethrower and Ice Cannon ammo. This is a weapon exclusive to The Frozen Wilds DLC, not available in the base version of Horizon Zero Dawn.
Improved Icerail Description
- Looses a powerful Icethrower attack within a short range, dealing high freeze severity.
- The Ice Cannon attack takes a long time to recharge and shoots a concentrated ice blast to the target.

Where to Find Improved Icerail
- To obtain the Improved Icerail you have to complete the Geared Up: Icerail side quest. To complete this quest, you need to bring Varga a Thunderjaw Mandible.
- After completing the side quest, it can be bought from The Cut merchants. To purchase the Improved Forgefire you need:
