The Frozen Wilds is a DLC for Horizon Zero Dawn. The Frozen Wilds DLC was released on February 28, 2017 and it is the first expansion for PS4.
Regarding the PC version The Frozen Wilds DLC will be included at launch in Horizon Zero Dawn Complete Edition. The Steam version of the game is releasing on August 7, 2020.

This expansion brings Aloy to the Cut, a region on the border of Banuk territory accessible via a mountain pass just north of the Grave-Hoard. While the gameplay is accessible any time after leaving the Embrace during the main quest A Seeker at the Gates, the add-on's content is balanced around a player that is level 30 or higher
